Okay, so I was taking a Wicked quiz yesterday and this question came up: "In what song does Elphaba transform into the Wicked Witch of the West?" My answer was No Good Deed, because that's when she accepts the role and finally accepts that that is who she is meant to be. But the correct answer on that was Defying Gravity, I guess cause that's when the rest of the world started seeing her that way. I was talking about this to my mom, and she said that it was No One Mourns The Wicked because by then she is a wicked witch, not Elphaba at all. There's many different answers for this, but what do you guys think?

Wicked is based off the 'Wizard of Oz', a backstory for Elphaba and Glinda. Glinda (or Galinda) is (As of 'The wonderful wizard of oz') the witch of the SOUTH.

To note: "You could ask Glinda" (random text) "The Good witch of the SOUTH" (Not word-for-word)

But apparently in the musical, she's the witch of the NORTH (Wicked the musical i think? IDEK)

So... any thoughts?

I've been obsessed with Wicked even before the movie came out but the movie fuelled my obsession even more. I just joined the wiki. Ever since the movie came out I've been only listening to Wicked songs (Broadway and Soundtrack). I'm a multi shipper so I ship both Gelphie and Fiyeraba. I am a big 2SLGBTQ+ supporter and queer. I love Wicked SO MUCH and am very excited to be joining the fandom. My favourite songs are Defying Gravity (kinda obvious) and most of the songs from Act 2. I also love the songs from Act 1 ofc. My favourite characters are Elphie and Glinda (again pretty obvious but if they aren't your favourite characters then that's fine too). I love wicked but didn't know it existed till I watched the movie in theaters. The funny thing is I watched it in therater the day BEFORE it came out at the first ever showing at that theater, on Novemder 21st and it released on the 22nd lol. I haven't seen part 2 yet so don't spoil it for me, and bcs I don't want spoiler I prodadly wont be super active on this wiki till its realeased. I love all the songs and listen to them regularly. my favorites are: no one mourns the wicked, what is this feeling, bancing through life and popular, but I like them all. my favorite character is prod Glinda bcs she is cool and pretty. idk what else 2 say so ask me questions plz, thx.

Is it bad that I keep falling for Fyiero every time I watch the movie
