Allison Bailey is an American musical theatre actress. She played Glinda in the 2nd National Tour of Wicked.

Allison Bailey began her history with Wicked on November 3, 2015, when she was part of the ensemble of the Second National Tour, understudying Glinda. After three years understudying the part, She replaced Erin Mackey as lead Glinda on September 24, 2019. Both Bailey and Suskauer left the tour on March 20, 2022, and They were replaced by Lissa deGuzman and Jennafer Newberry. She recently made her Broadway debut as the Standby Glinda for both Brittney Johnson and McKenzie Kurtz. She left the show on February 18, 2023, and Allie Trimm returned as the Standby for Glinda on February 20, 2023.
