Lord Chumpo is a young Quadling berdache and a lord of Ovvels who appears in Out of Oz.

After months of housing the company of the Time Dragon Clock in Ovvels during the monsoon season which would prevent them from leaving, Chumpo gives a farewell speech to the company, hearkening back to the time when Frexspar the Godly, Melena Thropp and their three children stayed in Ovvels as missionaries.
Though not being alive during this time, this story is now considered local lore in Ovvels, as though they were disgusted with the missionaries trying to educate them and covert them to Unionism, the Quadling’s never forgot their daughter, green-skinned Elphaba. Apparently, her singing helped the harvest.
Chumpo and the Quadlings of Ovvels compare Elphaba to company-member, Rain, who unbeknownst to them is actually Elphaba’s granddaughter.
