FIppios is a Maracoorian villager from the hamlet of Midasoor located in the Thalassic Wood of Maracoor Abiding. He and his wife, Wife, gave lodging and food to the civil-servant Lucikles while he was on his journey to High Chora to reach his family after the Skedeland attack on the capital city of Maracoor Crown.
