Jonathan Stuart Bailey is an English actor who in 2024 went onto portray the supporting character of Fiyero Tigelaar, a Winkie prince who meets Elphaba and Glinda at school,[1] in Wicked: Part I, and will reprise the role in the 2025 sequel Wicked: Part II.[2]
Biography[]
On September 21, 2022, it was reported that Bailey had joined the cast as Fiyero going onto beat the likes of Ryan McCartan (who played the role in 2018–2019 on Broadway), Nick Jonas and Joe Jonas for the part.[3][4]
Trivia[]
- On November 27, 2024, Bailey revealed in an interview that he shot Wicked, Fellow Travelers and a new season of Bridgerton at the same time, sometimes flying back and forth to film the three different projects.[5]
