The Ski'ioti, Lollo-lollo and Neri-neri are two Dwarf-Bears residing in Ovvels.
Elphie[]
Initially, they were working for the Emerald City, mining the ruby deposits beneath Quadling Country before they left the hard labor being forced on them. They now migrate around the province posing as non-talking animals, keeping away from humans.
During Elphie, they are inhabiting the lagoon below Ovvels, illegally feeding on the harvest when they help rescue Nessarose from drowning after she accidentally fell off the board walk. After developing a friendship with Elphaba, they are later permanently ostracized from Ovvels due to false rumors spreading around town that they tried to down Nessa instead of saving her, much to Elphaba's chagrin over the abuse they suffered at the hands of the people of Ovvels.
