Po "Puggles" Understar is Glinda's butler in Out of Oz.

He is one of the members of staff at Mockbeggar Hall whom Glinda chooses to stay when Cherrystone places her under house arrest. During the house arrest, Puggles is severely injured during a scuffle with some of Cherrystone's men who throw him off a parapet.
Later, when Glinda hands over Rain to Brrr, she tells them she is returning to Mockbeggar Hall to care for Puggles.
He appears at the end of Out of Oz, still as Glinda's butler in Mennepin Square in the Emerald City.
