Rosa O'Reilly is an English theatre actress and singer. She portrayed Nessarose in the West End production of Wicked: The Untold Story of the Witches of Oz.

O'Reilly joined the London company of Wicked as a member of the ensemble and as the understudy for Glinda and Nessarose. O'Reilly replaced Sarah McNicholas as lead Nessarose on July 31, 2017, while continuing to understudy Glinda. She starred alongside Alice Fearn as Elphaba and Sophie Evans as Glinda.
